The Tasmanian Tiger TT First Responder 50 is a large medical/paramedic backpack built around a functional interior layout and extensive organizing features. Removable pouches, hook-and-loop panels, and elastic loops let you configure your full first aid loadout exactly the way you want—especially practical for tidy storage in vehicles and fast access on scene.

Durable build, comfortable carry

A padded back carrying system and length-adjustable shoulder straps provide solid comfort, including when wearing larger body armour. Heavy-duty No.10 zippers and side handles make quick handling and opening straightforward.

Clear visibility and flexible compartment setup

Inside you’ll find variable fixation points, hook-and-loop partitions for flexible reconfiguration, and detachable hook-and-loop pockets with transparent covers. Transparent pouches with snap light inserts and included coloured hook-and-loop strips help with quick identification and triage. A disposable glove compartment is accessible from the outside via the front.

Expansion options and dedicated medical features

The bottom MOLLE system supports additional attachments, including compatibility for adding a TT Tac Pouch 10 MKII. Side slots on both sides fit SAM® splint rails (11 cm wide) and similar items. Also included are a removable infusion bag and a removable SRPP (Tegris) panel (21 × 18 cm) with a laser-cut pattern for bungee fixation and hook-and-loop fastening.
