Olight Osight R Red Dot Sight

The Olight Osight R is a robust reflex sight designed for close- to mid-range applications where a fast and clear sight picture is essential. Its large 28 × 22 mm viewing window and advanced multi-coated lenses provide a wide, bright and clear view of the target.

The versatile Multi-Reticle System combines a precise 2 MOA red dot with a 65 MOA circle. The dot, circle or both reticles can be used independently. The 2 MOA dot supports precise aiming, while the 65 MOA circle helps with rapid target acquisition at close range.

With 1× magnification, parallax-free operation and unlimited eye relief, the Osight R provides an intuitive sight picture in a wide range of situations. Its CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminium housing, IPX8 water resistance and supplied 39 mm co-witness mount make it suitable for standard Picatinny platforms.

Large viewing window

The 28 × 22 mm viewing window offers a wide field of view for rapid target acquisition and smooth transitions between aiming points. Multi-coated lenses improve light transmission and help provide a bright and sharp sight picture.

Multi-Reticle System

The Osight R features a 2 MOA red dot and a 65 MOA circle. The available configurations are:

• Combined 2 MOA dot and 65 MOA circle for speed and precision

Motion Activation Technology

Motion Activation Technology automatically activates the sight when movement is detected. After three minutes of inactivity, the Osight R switches off to conserve battery power. The memory function stores the last selected brightness level for quick deployment.

Brightness and night vision settings

The sight offers twelve brightness levels:

• Nine daylight brightness settings
• Three night vision settings
• Dedicated NV button for fast access to night vision modes
• Memory function for the last selected brightness level

Protective lens cover system

The removable front and rear lens covers protect the lenses from dirt, scratches and impacts when the sight is not in use. The front cover can be replaced with the supplied ARD, which helps reduce glare and unwanted front-lens reflections.

Micro T1/T2 mounting system

The Osight R uses a compact Micro T1/T2 mounting interface. The supplied 39 mm co-witness mount is suitable for standard Picatinny rails. Optional mounts are available with different optical centreline heights:

Durable aluminium housing

The CNC-machined 7075-T6 aluminium housing provides a strong yet relatively lightweight construction. The sight weighs 190 grams including the standard mount and battery. Its IPX8 rating helps protect the optic against water ingress in demanding conditions.
