Ingredients / composition

• Chicken Korma with rice: chicken breast (30%), natural rice (12%), cream, onion, coconut milk (coconut extract (75%), drinking water), rice flour, corn flour, grated coconut, rapeseed oil, salt, sugar, garam masala (coriander, pepper, cumin, cinnamon, lemon peel, cloves, cardamom, mace), cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, turmeric, garlic, lemon, dried ginger, pepper.

Heating instructions

• Eat cold: ready to eat straight from the pack.
• Hot water bath: place the sealed pack in hot (not boiling) water until warmed through.
• Saucepan: open and heat on low while stirring.

Heating with a Flameless Heater (no fire)

• Use 1 heating pad per meal.
• Place the heating pad in the zipper bag and add water to activate.
• Put the sealed meal pouch inside and close the bag.
• Heat for 12–20 minutes, remove carefully (hot/steam), stir and eat.
• Safety: open carefully due to steam/heat; follow heater and meal instructions.
