PGD ARCH GEN3 Ballistic Helmet (High-Cut) Multicam

The PGD ARCH GEN3 is a high-cut ballistic helmet built for demanding operational environments. Designed and manufactured in the EU, it is lab tested to NIJ 0106.01, including threats such as .44 Magnum and .357 SIG. Its DuPont Kevlar aramid shell and proprietary pre-preg lamination process deliver durable multi-hit performance at a low overall system weight, with strong focus on reducing Back Face Deformation (BFD) and blunt trauma risk.

Ballistic protection

Tested to NIJ 0106.01 with IIIA threats and selected special threats. A V50 STANAG 2920 value of 660 m/s is specified.

Fit & comfort

The PGD 10-pad memory foam liner adapts quickly to your head shape for all-day comfort. The PGD dial retention system with Duraflex buckles allows fast, secure adjustment.

Rails, shroud & accessory compatibility

Side rails and the front shroud use a polymer + glass-fiber composite for high tensile strength and reduced weight. The shroud is compatible with Wilcox, Norotos, Cadex and similar night vision mounts. Rails support common headset adapters such as 3M Peltor, Sordin, Ops-Core AMP arms, Earmor and similar systems.
